| Company synergies seal new Novus MD appointment.. |

Simon Winfield has
decided to leave the Novus Sealing business in the very capable hands
of the Novus Team in order to spend more time with his family due
to the imminent birth of his third child and concentrate on other
business interests.

| The Financier De Siam group of companies, which includes
Flexitallic Ltd, has announced the appointment of Philip Kelshaw as
managing director of Novus Sealing Ltd. FDS is expected to announce
sole-ownership of Novus within the next month. |
| The Novus company structure remains the same with
Philip Kelshaw, who was recently appointed managing director of Flexitallic
Ltd, heading up the senior management team which includes Gavin Smith,
Technical Director, Andy Heywood, Commercial Director, Simon Lewis,
Operations Director and Stan Harper, Finance Director. |
| David Mitchell, Group Development Director, Flexitallic
Group, will be managing the ongoing programme of synergy between Flexitallic
Ltd and Novus Sealing Ltd including training, HR, site compliance (Quality
and H&S), cost-savings and operations. |
| Novus recently reported a strong first-half year
trading, the best ever for the company as a result of significant contract
wins both in the UK and for export, positioning the business ahead
of sales targets for 2010 |
